Terms of Use

Service Description

StampCam is a construction site watermark camera application that provides photo watermarking, project management, and photo export features. The app is available in a free version and a subscription-based Pro version. Some advanced features require an active Pro subscription.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and auto-renew on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • First-time subscribers receive a 7-day free trial period.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew and charge within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that all photographed content complies with applicable laws and regulations. Watermark information (time, GPS coordinates, etc.) is sourced from device sensors. StampCam does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of this information.

Intellectual Property

The design, code, and related content of the StampCam application are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain full copyright ownership of all photos they take using the app.

Disclaimer

StampCam is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this application. All data is stored locally on the user's device, and users are responsible for maintaining their own data backups.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
